Our inspection processes are predominantly carried out by our 2023 Parmi Xceed 3D AOI. This machine is our most recent investment and arguably the most important ever. We viewed this investment as key to ensuring our work is of the highest possible quality, not only does it inspect surface mount and though-hole assembly for defects, it allows us to record inspection results against product serial numbers and almost completely eliminates faulty product reaching customers, its proper integration with our internal NCR/NCP system offers us greater opportunity to properly implement continual improvement practices into our daily work.
