Leaded Assembly

All of our staff are highly experienced, well trained and motivated assemblers who take pride in assembling your product. Our automated soldering systems, which include a CMS400 wave soldering machine and 3 Jade S-200 MKII selective soldering machines, are used to produce high quality, reliable joints, in a controlled and repetitive manner.  We also use 2 of the now old, but incredibly reliable and accurate CS-400D Component Locating Machine (Contax) machines in our processes.

We use PACE soldering irons and high-quality solders supplied to our by trusted supplier SolderKing. 

The recent addition of the Parmi Xceed 3D AOI adds another dimension of quality assurance to our production processes, and we're confident this combined with our staff's vast experience sets us apart from the competition.

In addition to the above, we have various wire cutting tools and pneumatic crimp tools allowing us to reliably produce various cable assemblies for our customers.
