Surface Mount Assembly

All of our staff are highly experienced, well trained and motivated assemblers who take pride in assembling your product. Our current SM assembly line includes: 3 Pick and Place Machines (Mirae 1010, Mirae 1030, Siemens S27), 1 Re-Flow Oven (Ersa HotFlow 5), 1 Screen Printer DEK Horizon (with Hawk-Eye) and the outgoing Cyberoptics Flex18 AOI which is being replaced by the Parmi Xceed 3D AOI. 

This line allows us the ability to reliably place down to 0402 size, and acheive 15,000+ CPH. 
 
The recent addition of the Parmi Xceed 3D AOI adds another dimension of quality assurance to our production processes, and we're confident this combined with our staff's vast experience sets us apart from the competition.
